40 Dollars Later…

Yesterday after work I headed up to Michaels, which is located on the Upper West Side. This store recently opened, and I think I have already been there 10 times. Yesterday I went in search of vellum paper for a new craft project that I was hoping to do at the hospital next week.

Unfortunately they didn’t carry the paper; however, I was able to find $40 worth of things they did carry that I didn’t even know that I needed! As I walked up and down the aisles, things practically jumped into my basket. I purchases spools of ribbon, a variety pack of foam paper, beads and so much more.

How lucky am I that I decided to make an impromptu trip to Michaels? I am still trying to figure out how I lived before without all of the things I purchased.

  1. Good thing you and your G-Ma don’t go to Michaels together or the store would be empty when you leave.
