一(yi)、2BV水环式(shi)真空泵概述
2BV直联水环式真空泵为整体结构—机泵同轴的单级泵,适(shi)用于(yu)抽除气(qi)体和水蒸(zheng)气(qi),吸(xi)气(qi)压力(li)(li)可以达(da)到(dao)33mbar绝压(97%真空度)。当真空泵(beng)(beng)在吸(xi)气(qi)压力(li)(li)低于(yu)80mbar的状态下长期(qi)工作时(shi),应(ying)联(lian)接气(qi)蚀保(bao)护(hu)管,以对泵(beng)(beng)进行保(bao)护(hu)。如配(pei)大(da)(da)气(qi)喷(pen)射器,吸(xi)气(qi)压力(li)(li)可达(da)10mbar,喷(pen)射器可直接安装在真空泵(beng)(beng)上。作为压缩机用时(shi),其压力(li)(li)大(da)(da)0.26MPa(绝压)。被广泛用于(yu)(yu)石油、化工、制(zhi)药、食品、制(zhi)糖工业等领域。由于(yu)(yu)在(zai)工作过程中,气体的压缩过程是等温的,所以(yi)在(zai)压缩和抽吸易(yi)燃(ran)易(yi)爆气体时,不易(yi)发(fa)生爆炸,所以(yi)其应用更加广泛。

三、2BV水环式真空泵结构(gou)
2BV直联水环式(shi)真空泵主要由泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)盖、泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)体(ti)(ti)(ti)、圆盘,叶(ye)(ye)轮(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)、机(ji)(ji)械密(mi)封(feng)(feng)、电动(dong)(dong)机(ji)(ji)等零(ling)部(bu)件(jian)组成。进(jin)(jin)气(qi)(qi)管排(pai)气(qi)(qi)管通过(guo)安装(zhuang)在(zai)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)盖上(shang)的(de)园盘上(shang)的(de)吸(xi)气(qi)(qi)孔和排(pai)气(qi)(qi)孔与泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)腔(qiang)相连,轴偏心地安装(zhuang)在(zai)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)体(ti)(ti)(ti)中,叶(ye)(ye)轮(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)用平键固定(ding)在(zai)轴上(shang),两(liang)端(duan)面(mian)的(de)部(bu)间(jian)(jian)(jian)隙由泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)体(ti)(ti)(ti)和园盘之间(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)垫来调整,叶(ye)(ye)轮(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)与泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)盖上(shang)的(de)园盘之间(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)间(jian)(jian)(jian)隙由园盘和泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)体(ti)(ti)(ti)之间(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)垫来调整,叶(ye)(ye)轮(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)两(liang)端(duan)面(mian)与泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)盖上(shang)园盘之间(jian)(jian)(jian)间(jian)(jian)(jian)隙决(jue)定(ding)气(qi)(qi)体(ti)(ti)(ti)在(zai)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)腔(qiang)内(nei)由进(jin)(jin)气(qi)(qi)口排(pai)气(qi)(qi)口流动(dong)(dong)中损失的(de)大小及(ji)其(qi)极限(xian)压(ya)力。采用机(ji)(ji)械密(mi)封(feng)(feng),机(ji)(ji)械密(mi)封(feng)(feng)安装(zhuang)在(zai)叶(ye)(ye)轮(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)和泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)体(ti)(ti)(ti)间(jian)(jian)(jian)。由机(ji)(ji)械密(mi)封(feng)(feng)定(ding)出(chu)(chu)叶(ye)(ye)轮(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)与泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)体(ti)(ti)(ti)之间(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)间(jian)(jian)(jian)隙。泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)盖上(shang)安装(zhuang)有园盘,园盘上(shang)设有吸(xi)、排(pai)气(qi)(qi)孔和柔(rou)性排(pai)气(qi)(qi)阀片(pian),柔(rou)性阀片(pian)的(de)作用是当叶(ye)(ye)轮(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)叶(ye)(ye)片(pian)间(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)气(qi)(qi)体(ti)(ti)(ti)压(ya)力达(da)到排(pai)气(qi)(qi)压(ya)力时(shi),在(zai)排(pai)气(qi)(qi)口以前就(jiu)将(jiang)气(qi)(qi)体(ti)(ti)(ti)排(pai)出(chu)(chu),减少(shao)了(le)因(yin)气(qi)(qi)体(ti)(ti)(ti)压(ya)力过(guo)大而(er)消(xiao)耗的(de)功率、从而(er)降低率消(xiao)耗。
四、2BV水(shui)环式真(zhen)空泵原理
2BV水环(huan)式真空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)如(ru)下图所示叶(ye)(ye)轮(lun)3偏心地安(an)装在(zai)(zai)泵(beng)体之内(nei),启动时(shi)向(xiang)泵(beng)内(nei)注入(ru)定高(gao)(gao)度的水,因此(ci)当(dang)叶(ye)(ye)轮(lun)3旋转(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)时(shi),水受离心力(li)(li)的作(zuo)用而(er)在(zai)(zai)泵(beng)体内(nei)壁形(xing)成旋转(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)水环(huan)1,水环(huan)下部内(nei)表(biao)面(mian)与轮(lun)毂(gu)相切(qie),沿箭头方向(xiang)旋转(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan),在(zai)(zai)前(qian)半转(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)过(guo)程中,水环(huan)内(nei)表(biao)面(mian)逐渐与轮(lun)毂(gu)脱离,因此(ci)在(zai)(zai)叶(ye)(ye)轮(lun)叶(ye)(ye)片(pian)(pian)间(jian)(jian)(jian)与水环(huan)形(xing)成封(feng)闭(bi)空(kong)(kong)间(jian)(jian)(jian),随着(zhe)叶(ye)(ye)轮(lun)的旋转(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan),该空(kong)(kong)间(jian)(jian)(jian)逐渐扩大(da),空(kong)(kong)间(jian)(jian)(jian)气(qi)体压(ya)力(li)(li)降(jiang)低,气(qi)体自圆(yuan)盘吸气(qi)口(kou)被(bei)吸入(ru);在(zai)(zai)后半转(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)过(guo)程中,水环(huan)内(nei)表(biao)面(mian)逐渐与轮(lun)毂(gu)靠(kao)近(jin),叶(ye)(ye)片(pian)(pian)间(jian)(jian)(jian)的空(kong)(kong)间(jian)(jian)(jian)逐渐缩小,空(kong)(kong)间(jian)(jian)(jian)气(qi)体压(ya)力(li)(li)升高(gao)(gao),高(gao)(gao)于排(pai)气(qi)口(kou)压(ya)力(li)(li)时(shi),叶(ye)(ye)片(pian)(pian)间(jian)(jian)(jian)的气(qi)体自圆(yuan)盘排(pai)气(qi)口(kou)被(bei)排(pai)出。如(ru)此(ci)叶(ye)(ye)轮(lun)每转(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)动周,叶(ye)(ye)片(pian)(pian)间(jian)(jian)(jian)的空(kong)(kong)间(jian)(jian)(jian)吸排(pai)气(qi)次,许(xu)多空(kong)(kong)间(jian)(jian)(jian)不停(ting)地工作(zuo),水环(huan)式真空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)就连(lian)续(xu)不断地抽吸或压(ya)送气(qi)体。
由于(yu)在工(gong)作过(guo)程中(zhong),做功产生(sheng)热量,会使工(gong)作水环发(fa)热,同时部分(fen)水和气体(ti)起(qi)被排走,因(yin)此,在(zai)工作(zuo)过程中,必须不断(duan)地给泵(beng)供水(shui),以(yi)冷却和补(bu)充泵(beng)内消耗的(de)水(shui),满足泵(beng)的(de)工作(zuo)要求。
当排(pai)出的(de)(de)气(qi)(qi)体(ti)不(bu)再利用时(shi),在排(pai)气(qi)(qi)口上接(jie)有气(qi)(qi)水(shui)(shui)分(fen)离(li)器(qi),废气(qi)(qi)和(he)所带的(de)(de)部(bu)分(fen)水(shui)(shui)排(pai)入气(qi)(qi)水(shui)(shui)分(fen)离(li)器(qi)后,气(qi)(qi)水(shui)(shui)分(fen)离(li),气(qi)(qi)体(ti)由(you)排(pai)气(qi)(qi)管排(pai)出,留(liu)下的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)经回水(shui)(shui)管供泵内继续使用。随着工作(zuo)时(shi)间的(de)(de)延长,工作(zuo)水(shui)(shui)温(wen)(wen)度会(hui)不(bu)断(duan)地升高,这(zhei)时(shi)需从供水(shui)(shui)管供给冷水(shui)(shui),以降低工作(zuo)水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)温(wen)(wen)度,保证(zheng)泵能达(da)到(dao)所要(yao)求的(de)(de)技术要(yao)求和(he)性能指标。
当2BV水(shui)(shui)环式真空泵(beng)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)为(wei)压(ya)缩机使(shi)(shi)用时,泵(beng)排(pai)气(qi)(qi)口接有气(qi)(qi)水(shui)(shui)分离(li)(li)器(qi),气(qi)(qi)水(shui)(shui)混(hun)合(he)物进入(ru)气(qi)(qi)水(shui)(shui)分离(li)(li)器(qi)后(hou)自动分,气(qi)(qi)体由(you)排(pai)气(qi)(qi)管输(shu)送到所需系统而工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水(shui)(shui)经过分离(li)(li)器(qi)进入(ru)泵(beng)内。压(ya)缩气(qi)(qi)体时,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水(shui)(shui)极易(yi)热,水(shui)(shui)由(you)泵(beng)排(pai)气(qi)(qi)口排(pai)出(chu),温(wen)度会变的(de)较高,要由(you)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)管不断地供(gong)给(ji)冷水(shui)(shui).以(yi)补充被放走的(de)水(shui)(shui),同时起冷却作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,使(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水(shui)(shui)温(wen)度不致过高,从而保证压(ya)缩机性能,达能技术指标,满工(gong)(gong)艺要求。
